A Design a Day – Day 332 (The Fast Before the Feast)

I’ve been hard at work on some very colorful watercolor designs on black paper.  I’m hoping to begin “unveiling” those soon, but for now, this pencil sketch is like the fast before a big feast.  (Actually, I love to work with pencil on paper – it’s amazing how a design can take depth and shape just from switching from a harder to softer lead.)

“Squiggles” are a favorite of mine, too, mostly because I love curves and feminine shapes.  Now I’m going to remove my squiggly brain from the computer so that I can join my husband for a romantic dinner.

Hope to see you back here tomorrow!
