Passei uns dias a falar Portugues porque veio visitar o meu segundo primo (filho de um primo de Lisboa). Fiquei feliz que ainda posso falar sem muita dificuldade. Of course, it didn’t hurt that my second cousin speaks English well. Quando nao sabia uma palavra em Portugues, falava essa palavra em Ingles. Dessa maneira, the conversation was always flowing. [?]

Wow, I like the red shoes! They really pop.
I first saw those shoes in the 2011 Bergdorf Goodman Christmas windows. After doing some research online (and finally going to Bergdorf’s shoe department this spring) I learned that the shoes were by Tabitha Simmons. That particular style is called “French Maid.” Do a Google image search for “tabitha simmons shoes” and you’ll find them – plus a whole lot of other spectacular styles.
