Outstanding (Sort of…) – Whimsical Illustration by Joana Miranda

After working away from home for the past two weeks, I’m now getting back into the routine at my drafting table.  This illustration is in its second incarnation…and I’m going to give it another go shortly.  For one, although I’m having a blast with my Prismacolor markers, I’ve realized that I’m in need of a few fine tip markers for detail work.  In this illustration, Josephine’s eyes and mouth need a little tweaking, too, if she’s going to look truly outstanding.

My own talents might never be outstanding, but I’m on a mission to make them better.
