Decompressing…The Really Healthy Way!

After what’s been pretty much a whirlwind fall for me, I’m beginning to decompress a little now.  In fact, I’ve escaped the city for a little TLC and relaxation at the best five star accommodation I know… chez My Parents.  It’s quiet and peaceful here, and to top it off, today we even went apple picking!

For those of you who need a little vicarious decompressing, here’s a good dose of healthy for you…

(By the way, it took us a whopping total of 5 minutes to pick a bushel of the red Melrose apples…an honest day’s work in my new playbook!)

  1. Thank you Joana, you always make me smile! 🙂

    • Hi Deborah,

I’m so glad to hear from you! I’ve wondered how you were doing and how things are going with your business. I thought I had subscribed to your blog/site, but I don’t think I’ve seen any updates of late. Can you resend me the address so that I can catch up?

I haven’t done much on LinkedIn of late because things have been so busy, but I’ll see if I can get back in touch with you there, too.

      🙂 Joana

Love the apples Joana! How did they taste?

    • Hi Betsy,

The Melrose apples are divine…crisp, but sweet. Eating one right under the apple tree was perfect, too. (Apparently, the Melrose are also really good for baking.) Maybe that’s why they are the Ohio State apple?

I hope you are doing great, and I look forward to seeing you whenever our paths cross again!
      XOX-
      Joana
