A Sneak Preview of the Joana Miranda Studio 2015 Calendar (Continued)

Another month’s illustration for the upcoming 2015 Joana Miranda Studio calendar is now finished (take a sneak peak below!).  And I’m kicking up my heels in celebration of having five calendar illustrations now “in the bag.”

    xoxo mm

    • Hi MM,

Thanks! Wow, I rate well even by the standards of your Bible. Good to know;-)

(Oh wait, I’m not sure you even have a Bible any more…)

But I still love you, J

  2. She’s having way too much fun. Guess what, I sold 3 lapel buttons on Etsy a few days ago, to a guy in CA, and 3 more today to a woman in St. Louis! I guess it’s a Thing. I will make more as soon as my shipment of cover buttons comes in.

    • Hi Helen!

That’s great news about the lapel pins! It sounds like you are really on to something; you are certainly doing a great job of photographing and marketing the pins! I don’t suppose you could make button earrings (both pierced and clip) using the same principle could you? Just a thought…

I had a fairly brutal schedule last week which culminated in both Saturday and Sunday being 3-service days each – yes, each day had a morning rehearsal followed by an afternoon AND evening performance (and the shows were different from each other.) As a result, I’m pretty much a dish rag today. I’ve been doing some online “window shopping” and trying to catch up on emails. I suppose I might find some energy to be productive later on today, but if I don’t get anything done ’til tomorrow, that’s probably ok, too!

  3. This is such a fashionable calendar. Enjoying it’s development.

    • Thank you so much, Susan!

And your greeting card collections in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month are really lovely, too. (I tried to leave you a comment on your blog but for some reason got an error message instead of being taken to the site. Maybe it was just a temporary glitch?)

Hope you are having a great week! Joana
