For all of us worry warts wringing our hands over the significance of such an early spring, Mother Nature dealt us another taste of winter this week. Ok, 40 degrees is not exactly winter, but I had to wear a hat, scarf and my parka when I went for my “constitutional” yesterday. I wasn’t the only one bundled up either…
