So sweet the way you introduced your family❣ They look and sound so special and thank you so much for doing that… You are such a nice person and I thought to myself Joana must have some great people around her meaning your own family and then your husband❣ You all compliment each other❣ Would love to meet you one day in my future. 😊 Denise
So glad you enjoyed my silly little introduction! In case you’re interested, here are a few more “serious” profiles I did on my family (sadly, my father passed away two years ago): https://atalentfordesign.com/2009/05/01/all-in-the-family-a-tribute-to-my-parents/ https://atalentfordesign.com/2014/05/16/drawing-on-my-sister-for-inspiration/
Hope you have a lovely weekend! 🙂 Joana

Very cute! It was great to see Andy this week. Doesn’t happen much anymore!
Thank you, my dear! Andy said he really enjoyed rehearsing and performing with you guys and seeing everyone (and he passed on your greeting.) 🙂 When do things wrap up for the year with the MSO? Do you have any fun travel plans for the summer?
Gotta squeeze in some more drawing time before I head off to lunch with a friend. xox – Joana

Oh, summer travel plans are a little unbaked so far, except for the ICSOM conference in DC. I might do a little car trip to visit someone, but it remains to be seen. Other summer plans include plenty of physical therapy, new designs, the usual art fairs (as a shopper) and some benefit shows with Jason Seed. Enjoy Saratoga!
I liked your “unbaked” summer plans description. According to the weather overview for the next three months, we might actually be a little more baked than we’d like. Have you bought any new and interesting jewelry pieces lately? I still remember the fabulous nuts and bolts jewelry (was it a necklace?) that you had. You can Will it to me when you die. 😉
I’m off to play my final Wicked show of the week. It’s a gorgeous day out and I took a long walk down to 72nd street and then swung by the Farmer’s Market on the way back to take some pictures. Ah, summer!

Of course I had to do cool shoes! They are your “signature.” 🙂 I’m glad you liked my silly tribute and my “po-emme.” I love you! Your Sister
