I tired of sketching those chained to their phones

As I traveled the subways through myriad zones.

So I dreamed up this stooped-over, cute little guy

But, as you can see, he is just a bit shy.

    • Thanks, Helen! I have a secret…tonight’s “poem” was actually polished up by Mr. Sill. I had the basic idea all laid out, but I was scrambling to make dinner and sort the laundry, so I told him to go to town on it. Obviously, I’m slipping…but still sketching!
